Distance Education Compliance: Complaint Process

 

Federal Regulations require Texas Christian University to provide to prospective and enrolled students contact information for filing complaints with the state agency handling such matters in any state where TCU students are receiving distance education instruction. Please contact the appropriate person or department here at TCU as your first step---most complaints can be quickly and fairly resolved in that manner.
